From Organization Administrators:
- Name, work email, phone number, job title
- Company name, GSTIN, billing address
- Login credentials (password stored as bcrypt hash — never in plain text)
From Employees:
- Name, employee ID, badge ID, shift type, division
- Meal booking history, attendance records, feedback submissions
- Phone number (for OTP-based features if enabled)
From Vendors:
- Company name, FSSAI license number, GSTIN
- Contact person name, email, phone
- Bank account details for invoice processing
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Platemetrics platform
- To process food orders, verify deliveries, and generate invoices
- To send transactional notifications (OTPs, order confirmations, announcements)
- To generate analytics and waste reduction reports
- To improve our product and customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- AWS (cloud infrastructure) — under a Data Processing Agreement
- Payment processors — only billing-relevant data
- Within your organization: employees see only their own data; admins see branch-level data
- Law enforcement when legally required
