Anti-Spam Policy

What is Spam?

Spam refers to unsolicited bulk messages sent without the recipient's consent. Platemetrics's communication features (announcements, notifications, chat) are designed for legitimate operational use within verified organizations only.

Prohibited Uses

Users of Platemetrics may NOT use our platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk announcements to employees outside their organization
• Use the vendor chat feature to send promotional or off-topic messages
• Harvest or collect contact information from other users
• Send notifications that are misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Use automated scripts to send messages in bulk without platform authorization

Our Practices

• All emails sent by Platemetrics include an unsubscribe mechanism
• We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties
• Transactional emails (OTP, invoices, account alerts) are sent only when necessary
• Marketing emails require explicit opt-in and include easy opt-out
• We comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and Indian IT Act rules on electronic communication

Report Spam

If you receive spam communications that appear to originate from Platemetrics or from a Platemetrics customer, please report it immediately to abuse@platemetrics.in

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the offending account, forfeiture of subscription fees, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
