Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Platemetrics is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for all users. We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, or misuse of our platform in any form.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Platemetrics:
- Harassment: Threatening, bullying, or intimidating other users via chat, announcements, or feedback systems
- Fraud: Falsifying meal orders, attendance records, or invoice data for financial gain
- Data Theft: Unauthorized access to or extraction of data belonging to other organizations
- System Abuse: Attempting to overload, exploit, or compromise platform security
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk communications through platform features
- Impersonation: Creating accounts that impersonate other users, employees, or vendors
- Illegal Activity: Using the platform to facilitate any unlawful activity
- Content Violations: Uploading offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
Consequences
⚠️ Warning: Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of prepaid subscription fees, permanent ban from the platform, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
Reporting Abuse
If you witness or experience abuse on the Platemetrics platform, please report it immediately:

- In-app: Use the "Report Issue" button in Settings
- Phone: +91 80 4567 8900 (for urgent matters)
All reports are treated confidentially. We investigate reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action.
What to Include in Your Report
- Your name and organization
- Description of the abuse (what happened, when, where in the platform)
- Screenshots or evidence if available
- Names or identifiers of users involved (if known)
Our Investigation Process
- We acknowledge all abuse reports within 4 hours
- Our Trust & Safety team reviews evidence within 24 hours
- We may temporarily suspend accounts during investigation
- We notify the reporter of the outcome (subject to privacy constraints)
- Appeals can be submitted within 14 days to appeals@platemetrics.in
Cooperation with Authorities
Platemetrics cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations. We may disclose user information when legally required or to protect the safety of our users and the public.
